As your local mortgage brokers in Hamilton, we can find you the best rates from traditional lenders, as well as a large pool of funds for private mortgage financing. Private mortgages, self employed and not so perfect credit situations (ie: bankruptcy, divorce, power of sale, high debt load) are our specialty.

When it comes to your first mortgage experience, I am able to guide you through every step of the way. I am available 24/7 to answer questions and put you at ease from pre-approval to close. I am also able to maximize mortgage equity in a principal residence in order to better your cash flow or make your mortgage tax deductible.
As your Hamilton mortgage broker, my goal is to provide value in every step of the mortgage process and to be your mortgage advisor for life. I look to enhance your financial picture from year-one right through to the end of your mortgage. I am also very passionate when it comes to increasing your income with positive cash flow on rental properties.
